The fees below are the standard programme fees and are not associated with any special promotion.
All fees are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

On-Site Students
Accommodation, Meals & Insurance.
The accommodation package is the same price for all on-site students and is mandatory during the academic study period.
The package applies for the 22 weeks of academic study during each academic year.
Included
- Accommodation.
- Health insurance.
- 3 simple meals per day on weekdays.
- 2 simple meals per day on weekends and public holidays.
Students are expected to help with meal preparation as part of the programme experience.
During semester breaks, internships or other periods outside the 22 weeks of academic study, students are responsible for arranging and paying separately for accommodation, meals and health insurance.
School of Business
Online Programme Tuition.
Tuition for La Xenia School of Business online programmes may vary by programme and study route.

The explanations below relate to the standard fees shown above and are not associated with any special promotion.
01 Tuition Fee
The tuition fee includes access to on-site and online classrooms, practical rooms, qualified faculty, Moodle — La Xenia’s virtual learning environment — extensive academic guidance, internship opportunities, personalised career coaching, on-campus recruitment, industry presentations and examiner fees, where applicable to the programme.

02 Application Fee
The application fee covers processing of the application and supporting documentation.
The application fee is non-refundable.
03 Accommodation Package
The mandatory accommodation package for on-site students is CHF 6,050 per academic year, based on CHF 275 per week for 22 weeks.
It includes accommodation, health insurance and the meal provision described above.

04 Payment Plans
La Xenia may provide new and returning students with a payment plan to help extend payment of educational fees.
Payment plans are considered case-by-case and are not available to all students. Where a payment plan is approved, an interest rate may be applied on a per-semester basis.
Students requiring a Swiss student visa should note that visa requirements may require full tuition or other payments to be made before a visa can be issued. La Xenia cannot override payment requirements imposed by immigration authorities or Swiss Embassies.
05 Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal arrangements are governed by La Xenia’s applicable Terms & Conditions.
